Roundsoldier Tree Service is a referral service for homeowners in Edwardsville and the Edwardsville area. We help people find independent tree removal providers. That is all we do. We are not a tree company, and we do not send out crews of our own.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Be clear about the scope of work and the price in writing
• Show up when they say they will, or tell you if plans change
• Treat your property with care, from the roof line to the lawn
• Carry their own licenses, insurance and permits where the law requires them

Always ask a provider about these items yourself. Do not assume. A good provider will be glad to answer.

What We Do Not Do

We do not cut trees, grind stumps or haul debris. We do not set prices. We do not manage your job, and we do not make promises for the provider. If something goes wrong with the work, you and the provider need to sort it out directly.

We also do not give legal, insurance or engineering advice. Some policies may cover sudden damage from a fallen tree, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

Homeowners are not charged by Roundsoldier Tree Service to request a connection. Providers in our network may pay for the referrals or calls we send them. That is how the service keeps running. It does not change what you pay a provider for the job, and you are never required to hire anyone.
