How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Roundsoldier Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Roundsoldier Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or incorrect
  • The conduct of a provider we put you in touch with

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If a problem comes up with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Roundsoldier Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@roundsoldier.property and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which can include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
